As a dedicated player of this game and as a client of the CCP company, i hereby Demand a full refund of my money for game time that is unplayable to me because of problems caused by bugs and extended downtimes that are not properlly published in advanced.
we eve players pay monthly fees to play this game, when infact, i wouldn't be surprised if statistics showed we are only really able to play 90% of that time, due to unschedualed (or maybe shedulaed but unpublished) extended downtimes, Bugs, major server crisises etc.
Why am i supposed to pay for time i want to play at but prevent from playing at?
I call here, all disgruntled customers of CCP - Let us be heared!

I agree the part that this is unplayable. But the fanatics wonŠt and they are calling community managers to clean up these messages as we are ranting here.
And if you read the eula you must have noticed that you donŠt have any rights to anything.

I think you would be happy to see only the log in screen of eve as you are being fanatic.
Nice to put 12month subscription in and to get no refund as the game is unplayable.

Well problems are bound to happen.. even though IMO CCP released Exodus in too hurried a manner..
But chill, let them subside. Take a day or 2 off. I am annoyed that I can't play either. So I turned it off... going to go bowling for a few.
And yes, you do have the right to complain... dont expect a refund anytime soon.. This is a MMO company you are dealing with.
