Current Pool: 10 million
The fifth CSM election is coming up, and as such an idea has come to me on how to combine my love of CSM races with my love of gambling. I'm going to be running a pool on the outcome of the CSM election. Entry is 10 million isk per guess, and you may enter as many times as you wish. In order to participate, send me the appropriate amount of isk, along with a list of nine CSM candidates(either posted in this forum, or via Evemail) in order, from #1-#9. Please include a reason such as "CSM Pool" to help me filter donations appropriately. Any partial sums given, or any entries made with no list, will be treated as donations to the pool.
The pool will have a single winner. The winner will be the person whose list of nine contains the most candidates who are elected to CSM #5. Tiebreakers will be as follows:
1) Most candidates picked who become CSM #5 alternates
2) Votes received by #1 pick on list
3) Votes received by #2 pick on list
and so on. If two or more players submit identical lists(or there is a tie between CSM candidates that makes the tiebreaks identical otherwise), the prize will be split evenly between the tied entries.
I'm not securing this lottery. I've run for CSM three times before, and run four successful lotteries in past. My goal here is to have a bit of fun, and to promote the CSM race. If that's not enough for you to trust me, then don't participate.
I'll be making one entry to start this off in my own right, and for the sake of transparency I'll post it here. For those of you who care about my opinion, this is not a list of endorsements, it's just the people I expect to do well.

The three times I ran, I ran because I thought I had a good chance of winning. I never finished better than 30th. You can take my guesses with a fairly big grain of salt
