BANE undercover

well it appears BANE is falling apart, maybe once and for all, the story is still running, the cast is as follows:
Villwrath: the communist leader of BANE who intends to bleed his alliance members of all isk to fund his new toys and/or alliance tourney, if your not willing to give all your isk to him, you may as well leave, also is starting to show signs of believing he is messiah like, preaching in forum posts like he is some religious saviour..ąą
F1NAL Directors: here to peddle the BANE communist line, they brilliantly claim to be pirates, whilst at the same time ensuring the alliance has enough rules to choke your average pilot in to boredom and submission, this includes convincing ppl that giving the alliance everything you own is good for your soul, and may lead to redemption in the form of getting a few paltry isk for lost ships, thatĘs if Villwrath doesnĘt destroy the Alliance himself first, and run off with the isk ofc.
so basically all this has lead to one thing, the corp and alliance losing members faster than a hookers knickers can move up and down, also Villwraths excellent man management has lead to the following:
1)Reverse Psychology hating him so much, they sold out their momsą.ouch yes you heard right, the mom hot drop was due to a spy.
2)Pilots posting his mails all over the place, again cus they loves him so much they want a permanent reminder of his cuddly emails on the eve-o forum.
3)Someone selling them out and getting BANE caps owned for a second time, again cus someone thought he wasnĘt a particularly nice man.
4)Mugen Industry leaving alliance because Villwrath told a member that he was going to kick them in the near future.
5)Wolfy will soon be leaving as they also realise now he is just a nutter on a power trip looking to gather as much isk as he can before it all goes wrong.
6) AOS also due to leave as he always calls them the B-Team, way to go Vill.
7)Eternal Perseverance joining and Villwrath telling everyone in alliance they couldnĘt camp the Jel gate in Egg as it was Ken Plantes gate, ye a 16 man corp calling the shots in a 300 man alliance.
8)Ken Plante believes the hype and starts telling members they cant go to egg without permission (pirates needing permission lolz)
9)At least now Villwrath and Ken can camp the Jel gate in Egg together, as there will be no-one else left in BANE to do it.
10) Villwrath ensuring BANE and F1NAL are a total laughing stock, whose own pilots turn against them cus they are treated like worthless cash cows.
So, Villwrath has had a busy few monthsąą..fills his pockets with alliance members hard earnt iskąąąloses 2 supercapsąąą..loses numerous caps to spies who hate himąąą..causes ppl to leave in disgust at his attitude towards membersąąą..has a weird love affair with super Ken Plante who only joined so ppl didnĘt over-camp his beloved Jel gateąąą.causes Mugen to walkąąącauses Wolfy to walkąąąącauses AOS to walkąąąstarts to believe he is a religious leaderąą.loses the respect of 90% of anyone who is/was in alliance.
And last but not least, claims that all this is part of his master planąąas the A Team sayąą.öI love it when a plan comes togetherö.

So as many have noticed I have been trying to clean up BANE alliance in the past few weeks.
* I have ordered our FC's to be more strict on coms during serious ops, and I've noticed major improvement.
* I have created a fitting team to ***** at ppl who fail fit - Some have left just because they were contacted by this team.
* I have been frowning upon camping, especially fail camping - Many campers have left.
* I have been putting out annoying and *****ing alliance mails - Many without respect for authority have left.
* I have ordered our FC's and leaders to come down hard on ppl for doing stupid **** - Many emo butthurt *****es have left.
* I have decided we are going with Born's loot system and MG's ransom system to get some ISK into BANE - Selfish ppl who don't trust leadership have left.
All of these changes that I have been making have been for one purpose, one goal - To try and force the ppl who we don't want in BANE to simply leave on their own free will.
It HAS been working, I am seeing great results in F1NAL. Hopefully our other corps are experiencing the same results.
The past few weeks, F1NAL corp has seen about 25 members leave, all of them big time fail in one way or another with the exception of about 2 pilots, whom I will dearly miss.
Just about all who have left are people who do nothing but fail camp, just fail pvp in general, are selfish people, or have no respect for authority.
One side effect of this, me being the leader of BANE, is that people come to resent me for absolutely no reason other than they think I am the root of all BANE's issues and problems, or that I am some type of ******* for attempting to improve us.
Seems like the flavor of the month now is to post my private mails, convo's or forum posts to public EvE forums in an attempt to try and make me look bad.
Unfortunately, all it's really doing is giving me more fame, making me look like a caring leader trying to do his best, and making the people who are posting this stuff look like emo ***s.
Personally, I could care less what people outside of BANE think of me, I don't do eve forums because it's just troll city anyhow.
Besides, you know what they say, any publicity is good publicity.
Anyone else here who is unhappy with me, or unhappy with BANE, do yourself a favor and just leave now, because the ship is only going to get tighter, not looser.
When all is said and done, what we will be left with is a BANE that is full of active, skilled, loyal pilots, which is exactly what we want.
A core group of ppl that we can trust will have our back, won't **** us over, and won't sit on a station camping when we need help.
Don't look at people leaving as us failing, look at it as us improving!!!
Maybe we're less in numbers, but the ones who have left for the most part were useless padding anyhow.
You can rest assure that any decision we make is for the good of the alliance, even if at first glance it may seem to be the opposite.
Those who trust our leadership will remain, those who don't will leave. DO WE WANT PPL WHO DON'T TRUST OUR LEADERSHIP? OF COURSE NOT!!
If we do get into the alliance tournament, we WILL TAKE FIRST PLACE, which should calm down all the haters.
Hopefully this clears up a few concerns.

The next time I have to send out an alliance mail 3 times for the same reason, instead I will just start blowing up, podding and booting offenders.
As many of you know, PRSVR make the majority of their ISK from camping the Jel gate.
We need to make sure that we are looking after the best interests of all our corps.
This is no different than if one of our corps owned POS's to make their ISK, we would of course defend that POS if it got attacked, and they needed help.
This is no different than if one corp told us they were selling stuff on the market in Amamake, we would of course not compete with them.
I'm not saying you can't camp Jel period.
I'm saying if they have ppl on, and they are camping, and you want to join, your more than welcome to.
Otherwise make sure you get an okay.
Otherwise we will dry up their only source of income, and that doesn't help any of us.
Hopefully this is simple to understand, and there won't be any problems. I don't want to have to slap ppl around.

We are calling this team, FitzTeam, or Fitz for short.
Team members will check killboard losses for fail fits every day or two.
If spotted they will contact the member by evemail in a constructive and HELPFUL way, no trolling!!
If you get mails from any member of Fitz, please take the advice and use their fitting, or make the proper adjustments.
A new forum has been created for these members, and any mails send will be fully documented on the forums.
This way we can see who has been contacted for a fitting.
Ensuring that our members are all properly fitting their ships will lead our fleets to be much stronger, and much more effective.
The members on this team have been hand choosen by our top FC's and leadership, and have volunteered their own playtime time to take on these new responsibilities to help our fittings improve alliance wide.

There are no sekrit pro fitz, think of it more as the common sense police.
Things like not using 2 fitting mods to get top tier guns to fit, not fitting billion isk faction-loot pinatas that barely outperform and in some cases are worse than plain t2 fittings and the like.
As you can probably imagine or conclude from threads like this, some people tend to take offense in being helped out...
PS: also confirming failcascade is already planned but only postponed due to AT8.

I dunno - too many times I see some alliance leader pet think they know more about the game than I do [on an alt] and ***** me out for flying a ****ing bog standard fit (shield cane, gank arty cane, shield gank brutix, etc). I'm pretty ****ing leery of "fit commissions" - even if I were invited to be on it... not that I suck enough **** or kiss enough ass to ever be asked in the first place.

Wow someone must have got shagged by Badger when he was not looking. I recently left F1nal but only becasue my playtime went to ****, and I don't feel like being a burden in a great corp.
Some of the most fun I have ever had in eve has been flying with Kri, MG and Vill.

Meh ... I don't like people spilling the beans like this, especially from the cowardly safety of an alt. Nothing wrong with infiltration to gain intel for your contractors but spilling internal affairs like this in public is kinda sad.
It also makes me wonder what the true incentives of the OP are. Blowing up this alliance to eliminate them from the competition in the next tournament? *ponders*
And what exactly are they doing wrong? Like in any other mmorpg with a highly competitive aspect there are corps / alliances / guilds who want to do things as pro as possible. That is a valid choice. It also implies having a tight control over your member base, having a proper structure and to make sure that everyone is working as much towards the common goals as possible. This also means being harsh and confronting sometimes. That is all I am reading here.
Personally I'd rather grow hair on my eyeballs than being a member of any 1337 organisation like that, but it is the valid preference of a lot of players.
So yeah, let's ignore the mole and let everyone play the game the way they like to play it and not fret about someone's else choice.
