Other than npc dealers can titan blueprints be aquired thru invention? If so what type of blueprints would you invent from?

Invention is only for T2 stuff.
Reverse engineering is only for T3 stuff.
Titans are neither T2 nor T3.
You can only get fresh titan BPOs from NPCs, or BPCs from people that bought the BPO from a NPC and made copies.

I dont think I have EVER seen a Titan BPO for sale

Go to empire.
Open market
Blueprints/ships/Titans/<factio> - there are the bpo's NPC Sell orders.
You need to be in gallente space to find gallente titan etc. This is true for all T1 Ship BP's from capital up.

That's what I meant with "Empire". As long as you are in a region from Gallente federation there will be some stations selling them. Essence, Sing Laison etc got a lot of Sell Orders. Check eve-central for details if you seek a specific one.
