Hey, I decided to pick up EVE after playing the trial a while back. As far as things are concerned in regards to my personal development, I pretty much know what I'm doing and I'm about ready to get my first mining barge in a few days, just have to train Astrology up. However, it's lonely out there in the stars, and I'm looking for a group of role-players who can take in someone who isn't fully versed in EVE lore. Currently, I'm role-playing my main character as just a random woman who's flying around the cosmos with a local-chat "radio" station, giving fake news and whatnot while in-character.
This is most certainly not my first MMO, and I'm not new to RP either, just the game itself. Give me some time, and I'll be able to contribute both with Corp growth and RP development. Leave a comment here in the thread if you think I'm what you're Corp is looking for.

I don't think there are many good RP groups in eve anymore as many of them have lost their way and just become another regular group. I think the Electus Matari alliance still RP while in-game as well as on the forums and they have years of experience. Also check the Intergalactic Summit forum section and see what corporations and alliances post there on a regular basis as that is where the RP'ers hang.

Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to check them out and lurk a bit longer on the forums to see who's still active. A pity to hear that RP isn't very active here, when I decided that EVE would be my next MMO I kept coming up with tons of RP ideas to experiment with.

Plenty of good RP corps out there, they just tend to keep a low profile ;)
