Hello Everyone,
I feel there should be a revamped for the trading system. I believe that once an amount or items are put into the trading window. It's locked in and can not be changed or removed thus making it harder to scam people.
With the current system. You could be as careful as a mouse but if that person changes the amount just a second or less before you hit accept. You can take heavy losses. The only downside I see from this is having to cancel the trade if you input the wrong amount or put in the wrong items. This would be beneficial to all and especially new players.
Now I hope I haven't brought up an old topic. I've search the last few pages and found nothing about it.
I wonder what players of eve think of this? Be easy on me, first time suggesting something =P

dont use direct trade unless you *really* (yes really) trust those players.
item exchange contracts are the safe way for trading stuff. If someone insists on direct trade, he wants to scam you. put them on ignore list and check elsewhere for the stuff you want.

Trade scamming is a form of piracy (I call it market piracy, same as contracts with non CNR CNR contracts) and falls under that professions protection.
One of these days I will get a trade scammer to go to contract, its a goal I have.

If value is changed half second to a second when you click accept. No matter how much double and triple checking you do. It does not come into play. Even when they click accept and you see that. When you move your mouse down to accept. They have that quick second and you dont even notice but eh, I'm not complaining as I make more then enough. Thought it would be nice for the new people getting use to everything.

Lol that's a great goal =P. Want to see that scammer write in local. damn I accepted a contract! xD I just find it disgusting that people can't even be trusted in a game but guess everybody has their level of competition.
Anyways I like to you you guys for replying with your thoughts and comments =) Enjoy your day.
