So if I am understanding P.I. correctly.
Refining / Building planetary plexes can be set up on the same planet without interfering with each other as long as there not mining resources off the planet ?
If so then does it not follow that on the release on Tyrannis there will be 1000 industrialist in there indi's dropping there p.i. plexes at the warp in point of Jita 4 ?
Will smartbombing into oblivion 1'000 indis and going straight to -10 be considered griefing and end up getting the player banned ?
Is it worth the risk to be the egger that killed 1'000 pods in a single attack.
Living legend or deerly departed ?

I'm 99 percent certain that it might be a bit harder than that
That said, it would be hilarious, especially if they were all booted from jita with clones set elsewhere.
and, if it helps any, I got rid of that annyoing line in my sig. |

You can drop the command centers from anywhere in system. After that you can edit anything on the planet from anywhere. Sisi is your friend.
