Nah thats why they added the chaining of killstreaks to make that easy, so now everyone can reach a ridiculous k/d ratio.

Put a smart, first time player in a game of Quake or Counter-strike, I guarantee his k/d ratio will be < 1:20. Put that same first timer in a game of MW2, and he'll likely not get below 1:2.

as well, for the bit i played it over the two free weekends, I would usually manage about 1:1 each match. Meaning im probably a horrible player.
Oddly, my first game after unlocking fal/holographic/heartbeat i went something like 20:4.

Really? I got some friends together during that free weekend and we all hated it. Must have had something to do with us having played numerous other, superior first person shooters in which people that are awful don't get to kill people that are good.
Maybe your self respect needs to be beneath a certain wuss-threshold that allows you to enjoy killing someone with a predator missile.
This man speaks truth.
Co-op mode is fun, but multiplay really needs more balance itt knife kit not to mention the countless hackers that IW.net's vac can't keep out.

I just started playing ARMA again and would love ARMA2 but need a new computer for it. Watching the youtube videos though has me drooling, all I want to do is fly the Venom chopper moving troops to the action and providing cover for the ground forces. Even making a computer to properly run it is going to be too expensive right now though.

Really?? before i started playing MW2 i never touched FPS on consoles never mind the CoD series 
back to the point... i rarely got less than 1:1 K/D ratio, now im more experenced at the game i stay around the 3:1 area unless i have an outstanding game where i get like 15:1 lol

All I see is pistoleering with a sniper rifle.
MW2's tiny dumb maps are partly to blame.
people who want to be "snipers" get most of their kills at ranges anyone could whip out a pistol and get the same kill. It's stupid.

The best online game for the Sexbox 360 is Crome Hounds hands down. Just nobody plays it online anymore.
I play MW2 fairly extensively when I have been on an Eve binge for to long. Or Fallout 3, Saints Row 2, Oblivion, RS Vegas 2, ect. ect.
