Operations and Software will conduct thorough tests to ensure that the server is acting within normal parameters. We expect that the server will be available for players at 19:30 UTC as long as no other issues are discovered. It a ****ing joke... server dont accept connctions.. NIIICEEE

Seriously. Outage like this hasn't happened in a considerable amount of time and things like this happen - get over it, and no, CCP won't compensate you for not being able to play for a day.
