The missions are now way harder and you do not have the invincible mode just because you have a MicroWarpDrive equipped which was kinda like that before Exodus, except you fell asleep and didn't activated your MicroWarpDrive in time. Also I didn't saw any ships before that started to repair their armour when I started my shield booster, but I do not really know if that is a Exodus feature, just saw it the first time in Exodus. In my opinion the missions pre Exodus were way more boring.
