I'm guessing most might agree on this but when using friendly jump bridges you often see "Not enough units of ozone to jump". 
My idea is bringing in the feature for positive standings players being able to drop ozone into friendly jump bridges but not to be able to take out, like how alliance members can drop but can not take from a different corps bridge in the same alliance.

i think this would be a brilliant idea because i too have had the moment where there aint enough ozone to jump and no members to refill it

This was indeed a brilliant idea!
Or to make it even easier, making the jumpbridge first use Ozone in ship-x's cargohold, and then in the jumpbridges own cargo.
That would make it possible to jump by just having some spare ozone!

I would like to be able to charge isk for jumps, so that one could set up jump bridge as "industry".

Jump bridges do make traveling in 0.0 too easy anyways. No need to make it even easier. Your alliance has a jumpbridge? Take care of it. Maintaining your infrastructure is YOUR responsibility. Not that of some blue pets.

I have a working JB, and I have the ozone required, but cannot jump. Then you get bombed.

The point being is the Jump Bridge owners must be getting sick of spam about empty "jump bridge is empty" every 5 minutes. The worse part is when your not in the same alliance that owns the bridge but you have more than enough ozone to drop but cannot drop it and have to wait for someone to drop it for you, witch means you can be waiting for hours looking at the same object.
