After a little time of thought about my personal behaviour to these forums regrading the unexpected downtime this past week Ive come to the conclusion that there isn't anything anybody can say nor write that would get a mature response from most of the forum trolls.
After a response to one of my petitions It was then I chose to embark on this wall of text to attempt to express why people like myself would be a little upset.
Nothing within the game is owned by us, this is obvious and true. However when an item goes missing be that an implant destined for quicksale or a multi-billion isk research BPO It still hits home that the item you knew was there has been taken away.
The loss of isk I suspect equates to personal wealth. A mere 20 million isk implant is nothing to some people myself included, however to some players 20 million isk is a truck load of money.
To have an Item removed from a hanger will hurt peoples feeling, rich or poor. The very first thing that will come into normal peoples heads about this is why has this happened to me? and browse these boards for answers. Answers don't come quick on these boards however being beaten down by forum trolls does indeed come quick. Getting an answer from a CCP GM is also fairly difficult.
I believe people would find it alot more useful in these forums if problems with the server were actually SHARED with the community because thats exactly what this is, a community.
I know people would feel less hard done to, If there was more communication between what is wrong and what is happening. A few lines on the general forum on updates isnt in my opinion ideal, also getting the estimates correct would also make people feel better. EVEN if you was to say "its possible this may take all afternoon and into early evening" Thats much better than updating every few hours saying "its gonna be another few hours"
I hope you can understand my points of view and not troll this to death and back.

Ok so when did I say it hurt my feelings?

What I did say was this:

This is because some players work harder for what they have than others. Again not speaking of myself here but of the community.
Now, Where did it say MY FEELINGS because on reading it back I didn't say that at all. My OP was for CCP to understand that people will be darn cheesed off about losing items and about the reimbursement procedure being far too slow.

What I wrote was in a sense directed towards the moderators of this forum. I gave them quite a hard time in honesty about the downtime. I wrote things I should not have wrote.
In truth I should have took a few minutes to gather my thoughts before ranting to them on other topics.
I don't believe that writing a topic like this one is a bad thing what so ever. My mistake happened as kind people have pointed out I mentioned the T word, yes the dreaded troll...
As for me being Female, no I am indeed Male but the female jibes made me laugh. The sheer immaturity of that remark was hilarious.
I do think however that the trolls should find a nice bridge to dwell under read a little literature and grow the f&*k up and stop attempting to cause a reaction to decent forum posters.
