18th May 2010, When you Load EVE Up it will prompt you to download the Patch and Installer. Just make sure your Subscription is active and its free

This is eve we do not pay for expansions, ever. Tho there will be lots of nice people will offer to take your isk in exchange for getting you the expansion, and throw in all kinda outlandish things you need to do to actually get it.
now if eve were run by blizzard than darn well certain you would be forking out 40 bucks an expansion.
