Prologue: This packet is being established to bring new members of the effort up to speed without having to answer questions individually. It is the hope of the author that it is at least of some help to all who wish to help save civilian lives in New Eden. Contents: -- General Overview, established information pertaining to the outbreak. --- Establishment of sides, entities involved and their relationships --- Composition of forces from the first 72 hours of the crisis. --Established channels, operations --- Coordinators --- Info Ops --- open tasks. -- Index, references, links. -- General overview: On 5/10/112, General Soter of Moira and Rote Kapella received information pertaining to operations being conducted by the Directive Enforcement Division of CONCORD in what used to be the Sansha Nation, now held in dissarray for the last hundred years after the four Empire's converged on it. The Empires initially sought to bring it to its knees for hideous experiments being conducted on its citizens via implants and body modifications, making people slaves, inable to think for themselves. It was thought for a very long time, that Sansha Kuvakie was dead. Make no mistake: This is apparently not the case. In the first 72 hours, Sansha forces have deployed well over 1,000 combat capable vessles, at least 10 of them being archon-class carriers used as invasion motherships, deployed from wormholes that are obviously under Nation control and manipulation. Not Cynosural fields, but genuine Wormholes. They have kidnapped in excess of 370,000 innocent victims, and their forces have been commanded by Capsuleer-class pilots. It was decided early on that an entity known as the Synenose Accord was to be reactivated to combat this threat. Documents were published in public, formerly classified DED Operation overviews, they are referred to as the Ishake Documents. They are available by searching for them and are available in multiple places. CONCORD did not like this, and have placed the Accord under advanced surveilliance, and have turned down any attempt at working together. It is accused, and believed that Operational Directors of Operation Ishaeke are implicitly using media blocks to cover the incident up. It is the determination of the community that has decided to defend against these incursions to not allow it to go away any time soon. -- Established channels, operations Several different channels have been established for communication, mostly on GALNET, but for those with pod-pilot access, the channel SYNEPublic is an open venue for coordinating efforts and reacting to invasions. SYNEPublic is under the coordination of the Accord, and is the public channel of the corporation. Several different non-corporation entities have been hired on as consultants and operational coordinators to help with the flow of information between private channels and public dissemination. --- Info ops The accord has established that several operations need to be undertaken, vital intelligence is out there to be found. The nature of them requires a level head and a mature attitude, if you believe you can handle covert work, and want to help coordinate things, get ahold of a Syne-Public coordinator. --- Open tasks Currently, the accord is seeking several operational assets to find several very specific bits of information. Most namely the following: What are the plans of the Nation? Is Kuvakie really alive? Who is giving orders? What are the orders that are being disseminated? Where are the civilians being kept? We are also looking for information allowing us to find the system the Dulcia foundry was in, the locus for the wormhole system is J235456. There is a substantial bounty being offered for this specific information, if it is verified and successfully used. -- (Continued in next post...)
