Gentlemen,

The responses are awesome as always, my time has been spent well again here on CHOD rubbing salt in Order's virgin loins he being a 24 year old Aussie janitor college drop out must be rough as his alt says he cant even reply with his own character and we know he and his alts are banned from the eve test server from breaking so many rules, Order could be considered the Nelson Mandela of Eve wrongly imprisoned for 28 years, but who are we kidding they bent him over after he refused to grow up.

We did see his sales thread for his titan and titan alt in the attempt to get his isk out so he can live strong on GTC love, and even tried to give him free bumps, why because this must never end, its too much fun watching him wind himself up and step on his own "Pen15" over and over and over again.

I am never bitter if people think they are missing the point, NC has by all accounts has done 1 TRILLION Damage to the SC, I was on almost 1000 kills with this char alone last month. I am as happy as can be, even got my first titan kill mail this last week. I have never had more fun in Eve since the SC began this campaign; I thank them for it they made Eve a lot of fun!

Order and his seven possible followers please go gentle into the night, I did last almost 34 seconds in the new Muppet recruitment channel once I heard of the great Order trying to pick of the broken chunks of his eve life I tried to stop by to just to give him my best wish, before being kicked by Mr. Bitter himself, Order "I plunge Toilets all Day" MCLoven. So since that didnÆt work I had to come to the epicenter of kindness these often misguided but very fun to read forums.

That's right you heard it hear first Order's last name is McLoven.

Just a note if I had WE Form Voltron on my character sheet I would want to douche myself in gasonline and burn myself alive, then recycle my character like he was in the movie the crying game, dude what kind of stupid f-tard came up with that name based on a horrible cartoon? Also isn't a violation of copyrighted materials CCP dosen't own Voltron or that term or saying.

I say ban them all. Vaporize's legal services are open 23/7 stop by H-W station for a price list. Vaporize flips through rolodex, yes he still has one, oh lookie here his lawyer is in LA close to the office that owns that trademarked material. Give it a week and that alliance name will be removed.

I am as sober as it comes bro, you think the owners of that property want to see you guys using it in game when they are already making games with it, and or trying to keep the property in tact. I mean look at some of the posts you and your crew have made using that term by each and every one of them. I wouldn't want something I owned to be used in commercial product like eve online it lowers the standard of the brand in the way you are using it, also using the logo's is illegal on your fourms. It's sort of like the Muppet Factory using the term Muppet's, its really not in CCP's best interests to allow for content they do not own to be used in this product, the term is "exposure" and LA lawyers love suing people over it, I should know. :-)

Some day when you are big and strong and enter the real world and maybe have some money of your own, you will see some of this for yourself, living with mommy and daddy doesn't really give you the tools you need to survive, but let's get that lesson started early.

"razor" is a generic term used to describe a razor, hence any company selling or branding razor use of a brand name in front of the package of razor blades like, MingPing's Razor. I can also sight other games that have violated these rules of law, for instance 2nd Life has a group create a Dune location which was removed from the game after they spent months attempting to create it. Also mods based on Star Wars, Star Trek and other properties using the Battlefield, Quake 1,2,3, Crytek, Unreal 1,2,3 engines have also been removed. Try naming a mod NASCAR and you will be forced to remove it before it releases.

All this advice usually costs money but I say, "hey why can't a game like eve help teach the children how things work in the world?" It can it is why I wasted this time. Good luck my little cookie!
