Go back to the drawing board, give up as he's no good at strategy and then assemble record breaking numbers for his next assault. There's not really much else he can do. NC would be stupid to ~invade~ KSC when they don't particularly care. Recently KSC have demonstrated that they cannot invade NC and yes, they did need to demonstrate it to themselves for the concept to actually sink in. No doubt KSC will kill off one or two weak pets in an awesome display of ~power~ - sys-k is looking a little ripe having lost 2/3rds of the alliance while molle was away. But other than that there's nothing either coalition can actually do anymore - the game cannot and will not support the kinds of numbers created, which will bleed off their FCs and active PvPers over time - though the smart ones will wait at least until they've collected their supercap. There will of course be lots of stern :words: often typed in caps for emphasis on the forums.

The irony is, under the current game mechanics, IT really COULD give up all their blues and likely survive (something they've always wanted, a blue free standings list), and yet, its so far ingrained now, that I somehow doubt they forgot what that dream felt like. That of course swings both ways for the north, 600 people is pretty much the max you can have/need/want in any given fight, bringing anything more, just shows that you probably really didn't want to play anyway, you were just too scared to admit you didn't want to suffer the possibility of a loss. At least its a lot more than dead terrorists have ever done. I mean why do NC need to go anywhere to find fights? Every other month theres some new ******s invading their space in hope of killing them. I have no doubt once this invasion is finished the same thing will happen again just as stupidity tends to repeat itself

Grath has it right, the game just cant handle sov fights of this scale. There was no real win / lose for this war, none of us aside from cloud ring residents had any real intention of living in the north so if it loses its fun factor its time to go home. Just before dominion we saw more than a few fights involving 7-800 pilots that lagged less than todays battles with 400 ships involved. It kinda takes the fun out of fleetfights. Possibly if the goons + co invasion of Atlas renters gets off the ground i can see them giving a helping hand, an invasion of providence with CVA is another possibility and maybe even a counter-invasion of IT space. And if you notice they all have the same thing in common - the invaders wanting to take SOV for themselves... which is one of the main reasons IMO this northern invasion has gone so badly. IT, AAA and Atlas didn't really need the space if they achieved their goal of splitting up the NC so the motivation for normal pilots wasn't there. Sure cloud ring also is a possibility, but again theres no point in invading if you have no one to take the SOV left behind. Also Cloud ring/Geminite are all pretty crappy regions that are far away from the NC core so i don't really see it being likely
