Attempting to decommission PCC seems to work but after hitting submit, I end up with the Science and Industry tab flashing and a lone PCC on the planet. Cannot add to the PCC or remove it.
Any thoughts or should I stick with mining Veldspar?

That just happened to me and it apears that i cant find any info of it so must be a new glitch/bug?

Are you both on terrestrial worlds? Maybe they cant tear it down because workers are still inside and cant leave because there are dinosaurs lurking about outside!

mmmmmm dinosaurs....
I'll update after DT if the problem hasn't fixed itself but now I'm concerned about Tyrannis Rex's making a comeback.

I'm having same problem with this since it started so i haven't had a chance to really explore pi because of this error.
Here's what it says but when you try to place you pcc it acts like it didn't happen
02:38:28 Notify You are unable to manage your planetary affairs without the assistance of your own command center.

After returning to the planet today it seems to be working fine, i have set up a working colony again

v153183 - just created PCC (advanced) on a barren world, could not remove.

same problem here : i test a lots of planets without problems, but...
here 10mn ago : can't destroy pcc on a temperate world
dunno why.
i used a basic bcc (cargo space :p) on a temperate planet, and having others pcc (including the same) on my ship, and was near the planet at this time.
tried to log off/on, or jettison my carago, but no result.

OK after downtime, but happened again after I deleted more just the command centre before hitting 'submit'. Now I have an undead command centre again.

Actually, that's not it. It seems to happen the second time I delete a CC.
Now got 2 undead on different planets.

Seems to be reproducible by just creating and deleting a CC twice.

they already have some reports about this, i make one yerterday, and they said they add it with the others.
btw, for the others who got this bug ; do you had others pcc on your cargo and/or where you near the planet when you got the bug ?

Yes, other ppc in cargo, but not consumed when undead one created.
Got error when near planet and when remote.
