Still not fixed the IMAC 27 graphics glitches, the depth of textures is still all wrong on mine (ships looking inside out, or looking behind an object thats behind you)

Not sure it was actually mentioned in the patch notes, but you guys seem to have fixed one of the most annoying issues with Eve on a MBP and modestly not even mentioned it! - It used to take about 5-10 minutes to login, now its as fast as an imac - about 10 seconds. I know its not a huge bug, but made switching characters a little mission. Cheers for that =)

Is anyone having problems logging off since the new Patch? I get a C Buffer Overflow error everytime I hit log off and the crash reporter isn't working yet!

Couldn't agree more.
Additionally It's been the most pain free patch I've had to date (so far...). My 3 client copies all kept their graphics settings and cross fingers everything is running nice n smooth even with the 3 clients active :)

Completely agree with this. There is very little in-game wackiness or instability, and haven't had any errors that demanded a delete of the prefs folder yet.
I think we should probably be able to take it for granted that it'll work every patch, but you did an amazing job this time around CCP of making sure it was fantastic from day one.
(EVE Gate is bonerific as well, by the way.)

Yes! every time I log out, and the crash reporter is trying to send to transgaming.inc and fails with no server found. Doesn't affect the game play though as far as I can see.

Some of the files have been modified. Please re-install.
Mac Pro. Dual Xeons. OS X 10.6.3
Looks like I'll have to download the entire client :-(

HELP!! I cant log into the game since the uploading tyrannis, it stops at the small screen showing the word tyrannis and thats it. I have had a look through the forums and i cant find a fix for this, also, i remember something like this happening with dominion too.
Im using an imac 2.16GHz Intel Core Duo, with 2GB 667 MHz ddr2 SDRAM.
Cheers.

Well its nice to hear the this patch has been painless for some. For me it is an utter disaster. For me the lag in game has increased... I have had to turn everything down to the lowest settings and it is still bad (minus10-20 FPS). After playing the game for a bit it become more and more unstable. Many random crashes etc. It starts with the overview not updating...jump from system to system... its all still there just greyed out. Then the Keyboard/mouse inputs start screwing up. All I can type ..(much like this rant) is Jibberish...then the system crashes or I die or both.....I hope all this can be fixed before May 8th..

The solution for me... Thank-you CCP for getting back to my petition. It would appear that my config file and settings file had become corrupted (during the update?). Deleting those files removed the lag and the game appears to run in a stable manner. The config/setting files becoming corrupted seems to be a long running problem....
Just wait for it to return... My config files where 'corrupted' even after a clean install, deleted them and I could play reasonably stable for about 1 day (which is 3 or 4 hours play time at most for me). The next day it f'ed up again. Deleting cache, settings, etc. every day isn't fun. I don't want to start my game time with restoring all my settings every frigging time I log in...
