Edited by: Laendra on 22/03/2005 16:44:31 Great work on the Item Database CCP. Can we get a CSV export like we did for the map? Same data that is in the item database, please. ------------------- |

Yes. That would be incredibly useful. I think my CEO has a spreadsheet of all the BPs for manufacturing but the complete database would be nice :)

Its uber - in every sense of the word. One thing I did notice - it isn't fully complete yet. Shield boosters are missing to a degree. I'm personally not interested in a CSV export, as the information is all their and fully accessable.
I'm posting because I'm seriously impressed with it - and haven't seen it advertised - and found it by accident. Thank you very much indeed!

could you point me as to which shield boosters are missing? iŠve only added the tech 1 metatypes (variants), the officer and commander loot, which isnŠt available for sale on the market, wasnŠt added. I plan on adding them at a later point, when we can ghost the market tree to accomodate these types. as for CVS/XML exports, iŠve been thinking about releasing this, although iŠve heard some comments on the fact i published the buildrequirements for the tech II bpoŠs ... so iŠm particularily interested in whom has an opinion on that fact, without hijacking the thread though.
hope you like the itemdatabase, iŠm moving it up one level on the navigational menu tomorrow.

CSV would be a useful addition, as it would be much easier for me to read into a database and use in EVEkill (My soonÖ to be released free opensource killmail parser) ====================================

t20 I could only see XLarge Shield Booster II listed under shield boosters.
On another point, it would be helpful to know the BP ME and skill level required to achieve the mineral metrics displayed for the item's building requirements. The listed figures, certainly, aren't stock BPO and efficiency levels.
Cheers

I think the T2 stats are wonderful. Keeps me from having to go to 15k different sources to compile it on my own. People are going to find out what the T2 stats are anyway, and they are still going to pay the prices that people who have the BPO are asking for, or they just won't have the product. It's as simple as that.
For those wondering, the build requirements for the items are the Perfect values, without any waste. Yes, it would be nice to know what Material Efficiency level would get you to that t20....but, most won't ever take it to that level, because it is a waste of time vs. isk to get that last ISK squeezed out of the BPO, considering the cost of the labs....maybe once POS Labs are in
t20...one level up would be great...have to keep searching for it because I am too stupid to make a bookmark

Also, t20, can you move it to Eve Insider (myeve.eve-online.com), as the "Games" category that the main site has on it is filtered out from work ------------------- |

YES PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO THIS. At work the only part of the website I can access is the forums. An since my company uses WebSense I can't even login and post on the forums. Just read them :-( An frankly there really hasn't been much in the forums worth reading in the last 6 months....

So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

It would be great to get a CSV export for the item database as long as the items' TypeID is listed (for use in the IGB). On a related note, how can we found out our CorpID (once again, for use in the IGB)?
