J'J'J'Jita	Posted - 2010.05.21 20:10:00 - [1] What Caldari ships do you like to fly in nullsec 6/10 and 8/10 DED plexes? How do you fit them? There appear to be many contenders: Raven (or CNR), Nighthawk, Tengu, Drake, Rokh, Golem, or even a Rattlesnake if pirate ships are your thing. What's your personal favorite setup and which cosmic signatures are you running with it?

steejans nix Amarr 0beron Construct Rat Pack Renegades	Posted - 2010.05.22 07:04:00 - [3] For Gurists's 0.0 6/10 Cerberus on my alt while main moves on and keeps scanning and if nothing else within a jump main will grab a Zealot and insta pop the frigs to speed it up. 8/10 Cerberus on my alt while main moves use's a Harbi to pop the small stuff with a flight of shield repping drones in hold to throw on Cerb in case I screw up (which i do but not often luckily) 10/10 Will use a Hic and Logistics cruiser in tandem and let someone else kill

Do you run the shield rep drones full time or do you think the Cerb could solo the 8/10?

Unsure a Cerberus could solo a 8/10,prob not but my Ecm alt is reasonably well skilled in one but I am not used to flying them as am Amarr spec so maybe with experience can be done. But 6/10's are a breeze with and I have done 6/10's at same time as a radar or mag site on other account when the competition is on and several scanners are out and about.

This can solo every thing except The maze and some expeditions (You have to warp out after you kill the scramming frigs in the one with the siege railgun batteries)

But probably would if the damn stronghold was pushing out kinetic/thermal instead of EM damage. The +damage mod actually stacks with kinetic damage mod from the ship, allowing it to nuke BCs and cruisers with two salvos. In general though shield rigs and extenders are a bad idea for a Tengu, you'll want to keep your sig radius as low as possible enabling you to speed tank. Though on paper this Tengu has a static tank on par with a Nighthawk. It's cap stable as well with the RF AB. PS I don't know how the fit above me is calculating DPS, it's reading as 647 dps with scourge furies on my end. My fits reading 678 DPS. Tanks almost double while stable, but the fittings cost more then the hull. and further more why do i even need a sig?

I thought perhaps you'd get in close and orbit BS's as part of sig tanking, and the HAM DPS increase would be nice. I guess that's not the plan, just keep your distance and fire. No Nighthawk/Rattlesnake fans?
