Lets say I wardecced a dead corp who happens to have an offline pos floating around with some modules I want to steal.
Seeing that this pos has:
10Mil Shield
2.5Mil Armor
2.0Mil Structure (at 99% resists?)
At optimal damage it would take 4000 dps to kill it under an hour.
Now my question is:
1. Will the modules float free once I blow up the tower?
2. Do tower resists work when the tower is offline?
3. If they Do how the hell do you kill 2mil hp at 99% resists?

You can go and unanchor them once the tower is dead.
2. Do tower resists work when the tower is offline?
They do.
3. If they Do how the hell do you kill 2mil hp at 99% resists?
The 99% resists are on the anchored modules, not the tower.

One thing:
I remember killing an offlined tower with a solo destroyer once (I was a member of the corp owning the pos tough)
This took 20 minutes.
How the hell can it take 4000 dps and 1 hour now?
And why do I have to kill the shield of an offlined pos?
