Could please anyone of dev team elaborate on why the patcher suddenly needs to connect to www.eveonline.com? I do not recall previous patches doing that, so wondering why these multiple connection attempts take place and would it patch everything properly if installation is done in offline mode?
The patch in question was downloaded 127381-154366 one. |

With Dominion Terrestrial planets didnt show up in space, now I cant see gas planets but can see terrestrials. This is on a DX9/XP box with a 8800 GTS. My Vista DX10/9800 GTS can see all the planets fine. So what happened that my gas/terrestrials flipped?

Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it. My corporation logo in EVE Gate is not right. Currently not at home and don't have the client, so can't say if it's an issue with just EVE Gate or in general. (I just created the corp yesterday).

I am having problems with EVE Online Downloader.
I am trying to do a clean install, so I download the whole client. However, when download gets too 100% it resets and starts to download the whole 2.5GB again. There is no trace of the old 2.5GB already downloaded.

Balancing the books 4/10 is broken. The agent asks for Encrypted Data Chips, but the mission still spawns Data Chips (the old PI item that was removed from missions according to the dev blog)

People and places minimum window size is huge. Can't be shrunk so that I can only see the first few bookmarks. Taking up much real estate on my screen.
I'm guessing this is because of the changes to the contacts tab?

Confirmed.
POS shoots at everyone except the people who are in the corporation that owns the pos.
"Use alliance standings" checked or not, it shoots at everyone.

The feature isn't working for me, tried low cap and full hold while mining. There is an option to enable it on the display/graphics settings page, middle column at the bottom. When trying it last week on the test server the dmg notifications worked fine. I would love the option to set what events triggered the lighting. Having it set to just warn when you are scrambled would be very handy in fleet fights.

Fullscreen for me ends on Blue Screen of Death when undocking.
Jita is seriously fragged....undocking in window mode results in large hang then Eve crash, all settings lost on restart and alternate neighbouring system needs to be selected to get on again.
I'm wondering what total losses due to POS erage will be...

ISSUE:
Grouping contacts into arbitrary groups is not possible anymore.
You will hear a LOT of people complain about his I am sure, I am not happy with this change.
