Bragging about what we can do when we actually have plexes in our TZ :) One day, I dream CCP fixes the plex spawning mechanics so it doesn't heavily favour whoever is there after downtime.

Or perhaps avoids pile-ups so there is no possibility to get a system in one-go?
For people not involved, this is what occurred before patch:
No Caldari held systems were contested until about 22.00 eve-time.
Majority of occupied systems in Essence region had big pile-ups of plexes (around 20 each).
Before the servers closed, Deven and Old Man Star were uncontested by Caldari, with Fliet having been dealt earlier.
Ladistier had bulk of the action and Gallentes lost several gangs to outnumbered Caldari defenders before Gallente called their pirate allies with capital support to field (by the looks of it, pirates went after Caldari, not gallente), ending the fight over last major plex which gallentes got (before that, Caldari secured multiple plexes).
Heydieles had skirmishes over plexes and probably ended up with final tally of 11-5 for Gallente. In either case, system was not in immediate danger of flipping as it requires 30 plexes for that.
However, the expansion and CCP probably rewarded you with yet another pile-up on Heydiesles and thus Heydieles was turned vulnerable. If someone can give me plex count in Heyd post-dt, would be nice.

Maybe because we'd like FW to be fair across all timezones and factions? Unlike you thinking that the NPC's and post-dt spawning mechanics being fine as they are (cause hey, they work FOR us) - but that dirty tactic where we wait for a system to collect lots of plexes and then hit them all at once, that's being used against us. It has to go!

You just happened to get two freebies from CCP due to tyrannis and hotfix. As you recalls, OMS was uncontested before hotfix and before initial deployment, Heydieles was hardly contested and in Ladistier (barely contested, now uncontested) you achieved a great victory according to local chat since you had whopping 29% isk efficiency ratio! (40% in your board since some random-lolpirate Rapier suicided on your fleet).
You didnt collect the plexes there. You got them as gift and when at first you hit the Caldari wall, CCP decided to hand them over to you again. Twice.

We didn't achieve a great victory - you were slaughtering a general militia fleet, and when I rallied an organized MDP fleet for some pvp, you all docked up and smack talked in local for a solid 15 minutes while we counted the timer down. Don't tell me, you were "refusing the fight the MDP because of our exploting ways" again.

Partly due to your exploiting but also to keep your attention focused while few guys sneaked to OMS and uncontested it (which unfortunately was made empty due to CCP's freebies). After all, you had possible pirate helpers nearby.
Also, I lol at freebies. You have enough guys to plex at post-dt. They just dont want to. On the other hand, now that there are no fights to be had I quess they have even less interest or do you think rest of militia springs to fight for plexes?

We want it because you don't want us to have it.
And why is it you're so big on fixing a mechanic that has worked against you (puddles) but so quiet on one that has worked for you (DT spike)? Showing a bit of hypocrisy there old chap?

I am not agains DT plexing, and i am not against pileup systems in general, but i am against it that it is allowed to bug systems back when CCP has to emergency boot server after patch release.
If you claim that it was not intentional you are at wrong.
It was clear to me that gallente will try it. They took plexes in heydeiles, old man star and Ladistier just before patch launch. There has been no such push to take systems after Damar came back from break. So Gallente was intentionally trying to take those systems because they predict that ccp has to reboot server for fixes. I knew they will reboot, so i think Gallente knew it too.
I know it is game mechanics but still i think it is not working as intended during patch launches and emergency boots.
Gallente can not win systems by fightning for them, bugging is only way. I am sure that all gallente militia members can be proud that all they can do is exploit.

File a petition then. I bet they'll say it's working as intended....
The key was that there were a large number of plexes available (for whatever reason) to cap right before the upgrade, right after the upgrade, and after the reboot.
We would have been p*ssed if the reboot happened 30 minutes before it actually did while we were hammering the bunker...

Actually we ran a load of plexes elsewhere to push the final one(s) into OMS. All told over 35 MDP corp pilots and untold members of Gen Mil were out plexing, and shooting bunkers for hours. Somehow out Gal mil pilots were able to compensate for lack of in-game voice coms, either by an ability to type and understand written words, or by out of game voice coms. Furthmore many MDP and Gen Mil pilots were plexing in a strong effort for several previous days, which contributed to the pools that were found, and run. And run by multiple people I might add, I think the only plexes that were soloed the entire time were small plexes, because lets face it they are easy to solo. We were killing npcs, collecting tags, and killing people that came by to bother us.

If you have proof that we are deliberately doing things that shall not be named on the eve-o forums because even mentioning them is against the EULA then put in a petition, otherwise shut up about it or I will get everyone to report every single one of your posts (and there are quite a lot, over 100 according to google) that talks about it/them since that is technically a banable offense too.

Every single plex that a MDP member captured yesterday was 100% legit, including killing the rats, using 2+ people per plex when needed to kill rats and keep button going by orbiting. I saw quite a few other Gen Mil epopel out plexing as well, no one reported anyone doing anything funky (and they would, because some of the bugs in mechanics are JUST as likely to perma break a plex so that it is unconquerable by anyone until DT).
As far as DT occurring during the time of active people willing to put in the time, if a bunch of us ever ended up on vacation from school/jobs/RL at the same time you would see the same thing, and more since more of us would be able to be on when more targets are on to shoot at, as well as capping plexes. People that are on at normal post DT, I don't fly with many of them due to timezone difference, so I cannot speak to what they do, or don't do, they are largely irrelevant to the argument you are making in fact.
Anyways, enjoy joining the bible thumpers, I suggest a good set of kneepads to help you fit in.
