Dust Brother	Posted - 2004.12.10 02:19:00 - [91] cheers... its about time ccp let corps surrender from your stupid gank and griefer wars. all you crapheads are too scared to do real pvp so you ruin the gameplay of others who wish not to be involved in pvp. in my mind, you are pathetic... and one of the biggest pathetic lamer pvp corps is Alcohol Fueled. they are proud people who place alts in cops to just declare war on them and gank haulers in empire. LOL. what a joke they are and all other corps who do the same. Eve is a game we play and we pay for. why should any corp have to deal with a pvp war from gankers when they are here for another gaming aspect? ccp deserves much credit to letting corps surrender with no penalty. its about time. no more lame gank corp wars... if you want to pvp, get out of the safety of empire and head to 0.0. i'm tired of punks that feel the need to ruin the gaming experience of others so they can just camp a gate with some soggy marshmellows and shoot the next innocent bystander who never wanted to be a part of any kind of pvp. shame on you! shame on your lamer corps that thrive for gank wars. its time you picked on people that will pick on you back. you big bullies. Pretty simple idea. I spent last Winter and Spring doing 100s of jumps going through Scalding Pass, the Wildlands, Hed and U-Q chasing CA blobs etc etc. It really is too many jumps for too little action, plus you are too far from your resupply bases. Empire wars means you have resupply within a jump or two at most and lots of targets and few blobs. Most battles are one vs one or at least less than 5 vs five when combined with other foes of CA. It is a lot of fun and I can spend more time fighting than waiting or making endless jumps hoping that that far away speck 10 jumps away is an enemy and not just another ally who is also looking for a CA target. Empire wars are simply more fun and a lot less travel...and not blob vs blob. I would like Supremecy back in as a formal CA member so I can fight you. I see you every day in Yulai and can't fight you (and don't have a spare war slot atm). As a Corp with a single active person I have good days vs CA (today 1 Shinra bs and a couple of frigs and destoyers for the loss of two Ruptures ganked by Rus and UA at Yulai (well done btw) and other days only 4-8 frigates/destoyers etc. It is a lot of small fleeting combats often with equal damages to both sides but no losses...but lots of fun...and that is the point of the game for many of us. In the grand scheme of things, yes Alliances should have to escort their economic haulers etc in empire...but most have now changed no doubt to NPC corps in order to be safe. It is hard to run a realistic environment and still have this game stay fun and it will never be "real world" so we just have to play it as it is and try to have as much fun as possible. I simply believe that if you are in CA you should be in CA formally or not in at all, same as SA and FA and any other Alliance...either you are all in or not in at all. BTW this is not intended to be any slag against CA, as the issue can apply to any Alliance. cheers Igorian
