I was flying a heavy interdictor in combat and wanted to activate my interdiction generator for 1 cycle, so I clicked it once (on) and clicked it again (off) but there is a split second delay as I'm sure you know when you click a module before it goes "green". It seems my 2nd click was poorly timed, and I apparently clicked it at the exact time the module went green, and then it wouldn't turn off. There was no mouseover text on the module any more, and no way to interact with it besides the overheat button (which still functions, but the module continues to run until/unless it burns out). Of course, being an interdiction generator, this meant I could not warp or even move at speed with a MWD on or anything else. An easy way to replicate this bug would be to click repeatedly on the module very quickly until it turns on, and stays "red" but continues to run cycles. The only way to turn off the module are using external means to force modules to shut down - i.e. being neuted, cloaking, jumping/docking, or logging out. None of these are practical in most combat situations. I have seen this reproduced on multiple machines with multiple client versions over the years, and since this can be a *VERY* big problem for a HIC in combat, it is very important to me that it gets fixed.
