Hey, lighten up  . Its a cool advet and race is indeterminate. I think you are fooled by the fact that it is black and white graphic.
I live in an area that is majority african american. To me it appears more Rom / european than african.

Must've missed it. I keep the sound muted when not Kil2 or Raivi is talking tbh. One reason is the commercial sound level is way too high, gets kinda bad if I'd wake people up in the middle of the night just because of some pointless alliance advert. Another reason is I don't like Soundwave. 
Bonus points for me is I get some tanks grinded in WoT inbetween games. Woot woot!
Anyways, I'll try watch through the commercials, now that you guys point this one out. Just have to figure out a way to not blow out the speakers in the process. CCP is worse than the cabel companies that put 200% volume during commercials, what is this, over 9000%? :X
