its getting worse and worse for pvp, now even overview is not updated and i have to click all the time ot the tab to have actual figures!
lag in system with only 91 players in it??
ccp stop introducing new **** like planet exploration till you dont get fixed the existing features!

If you're having trouble with the overview, please file a petition so a GM can print it out, snort a line of coke through the sheet and later wipe his ass with it.

Also to the OP yes, it is bloody annoying the overview updating, especially as it lags the entire client manually updating it like that. Factor in the lag and yeah pvp is on a rough track atm. I was getting module lag in a 20v20 the other day, thats just how bad it is.

What little potential it had to be constructive died within the first three posts, now it's just another of the whinge threads spamming up the forum when it could easily have been a post in one of the ongoing discussions. The ONLY thing I have seen that I like about Tyrannis is the new little calender thingie by the time in the lower left corner of screen. Spacebook?
Should roll the whole thing back to pre-dominion IMO.
STOP WORKING ON NEW CRAP THAT BREAKS STUFF and fix what we had pre-dominion. Make sure you keep the projectile buff. Best thing you have done since wormholes. Oh and the faction ship rebalance was nice too.

That's what they call Need for Speed.
Players are most sensible to contrast. If some features/systems are slow and others are fast, players will notice it and complain. So CCP are reducing contrast by making everything slow, so the real slow stuff becomes indistinguishable from the fake slow stuff, and everything seems to be fast again.

Well ma perke, you did the right thing coming here and saying whatever it was you said! Don't listen to everyone else, coming here to talk about whatever the thing that you feel was/is good/bad has made CCP aware of the things you stated in your post and they are now looking into fixing/patting themselves on the back for the issues/successes you've taken the time to thoughtfully write out in a coherent and calm manner.
Rest assured that the appropriate department(s) of CCP that handle the things you mentioned are now doing the exact things that you expect them to do.

You're right, CCP dropped the ball on this one! How dare they keep their server running for seven years! How dare they provide free expansions and even come up with an innovative way of staying subscribed that means you don't have to pay a penny! Those imbeciles couldn't even get all 50,000 players onto the test server to get an accurate reading of how new stuff would work on Tranquility!
I tell ya, when you have awesome games like World of Warcraft and Star Trek Online, it's a miracle Eve has any subscribers at all.

Or you could make probably 50 real world currency to pay for a GTC and have spare cash left over, in the same time. So its up to you what your time is worth. Remember that isk farmers get paid pennies to farm trillions of isk so you can buy 100 mil-400 mil for 5 USD.
And if you think its expansions the way WoW has expansions, you're gravely mistaken. The amount of content they've made compared to Blizzard for WoW is so uneven it doesn't even register. Not only this, but CCP's content get orphaned like unwanted children (see the removal of medium shader, widescreen format, and the complete ignoring Faction Warfare), and yes, you are absolutely right. They're an amazing company. Sorry, but in the end people pay money for a form of value, you obviously like paying for people to kick you in the balls.

And I hardly ever do anything in Eve anymore, ask Tamia, she'll tell you that whenever she sees me I'm complaining of crippling boredom. And somehow I still manage to get a PLEX each month by doing sod all.
Lots of people will tell you that ISK is easy to make, real easy, it's just that I'm that lazy.
And condoning ISK farming by buying from them is bad

And ISK making is easy, but it still takes a good few hours to get the amount for a GTC, unless you're a 7 year trader or ratter/salvager. but getting to that point still took you a lot of time, in which case its back to the point that a GTC is still less valuable than if you had been paid for a real job in the real world.

Back on topic: tyrannis also sucks because now you cant set standings to anyone UNLESS you add them as a contact. Ive tried the old methods, and they don't exist anymore. Woohoo..

Please promise not to post again in other threads too. I don't think you quite understand the concept of critique: It's to give feedback to improve the game for everyone. Also, don't think CCP will love you for 'White Knighting" for them. Trying to shut down the communication between devs and players will lose them money: They *want* us to like what they do (yes sometimes this is hard to believe).
Keep your "can i has your stuff" and "cry more" comments to yourself. Say something constructive or just hush. When you get past grade-school you'll realise that criticism is critique, and whining is a noise your dog makes when it wants to go for a walk.

I've only been playing EVE less then a week, but i also noticed the annoying update issue with the overview.
I've only been playing PvE missions so it might not be the same bug as in PvP, atleast it seems like values are updated and refreshed with reasonable speed, around once ever 1-2 sec.
What i've noticed is that when you selected a column to sort by, eg. range, the values are updated but not sorted, resulting in the same problem with having interact with the view to force the correct sorting.
It's not game breaking but still annoying at time when you have many enemies closing in on you at high speed.
