If hes a macro then he will probably warp away if you enter local. If he does then he may also have been chaining the spawns so will have left you a nice system to rat in. If he doesnt warp away then just kill him and carry on where he left off.
Dont think its a problem really unlike hisec mining macros where you cant do anything about them.

It's a lot easier than you think to do something about highsec mining macros. It just costs you a lot more to do it these days. |

Bubbles don't work these days, they move out. Tried it before.
Just sit cloaked in their system to **** em off.

You don't have to cloak use the system as long as your in there he's going to stay cloaked and since he's macroing and the point of macroing is to make isk well he will move on unwind your panties if you know how to do it right you can let him chain the system up for you then you go get all the high end rats happy carebearing oh what system was this by the way?
