The last few paragraphs in this newer article makes things sound a bit different.
If Powell was taunting Wyatt and Wyatt was having a bad trip, then I can see how a MMA fighter could flip and do this to someone on something as simple as psilocybine.
EDIT: It is still wierd that the Associated Press has not picked this up.

I can see an MMA beast do anything without drugs but does the drugs make everything ok? If so then just add some shrooms to your murder arsenal and you're home free.

Absolutely not. My post was not meant to release him of his actions at all. Per Common Law his life is forfeit in my opinion. I was just pointing out that the story says the victim was taungting Wyatt and that PCP or any other drug would not be required if the guy was having a bad trip and was being antagonized.
EDIT: That is all assuming that everything was done by hand and no knife was used, which is not what the new article implies. I thought the whole discussion was about whether or not murdering someone like this with their bare hands would be possible without the assistance of some strength alterning subsstance, such as PCP.

He cut out the heart, cut off the tongue and cut off his face, hopefully not all while the victim was still alive and then blame drugs and says he was afraid of the devil?
Here's a newsflash for you eyes-too-close-together-nutter, you are the devil!

Just for the sake of offering a counterpoint to the tabloid sensationalism and bs in that piece, doing psychedelic mushrooms actually can be helpful and beneficial to oneself, aside from the pure recreational side of the experience - they've even been used in therapy. Assuming it's done responsibly and properly informed, as anything else. You'll benefit far better if you do it in a calm, isolated and safe environment, not in a party - "set and setting".
(otoh, if you happen to suffer from any form of psychosis or schizophrenic disorders, stay away from any mind-altering substances, ofc).

What are you getting on about? You are making zero sense.

There are those of us that see a link, sociologically speaking, between hallucinogens and the precursors for language and social order.
They were the chemicals that 'man' stumbled across in their process of determining which food stuffs were edible; and the experiances they had, which were no doubt mind blowing for 'man' at that time, spurned the thought processes that went beyond pure survival, in a time where mans sole purpose was survival and propogation of their species.

It's in english, it's a coherent sentence, I don't know what else you want. Perhaps it just didn't fit your view of the world?
In plain english this time, people on shrooms torturing and murdering people need to be murdered.

Well I did say that, "according to Common Law Wyatts' life is forfeit in my opinion."
Then you said this.

Which sounds like you are calling my a nutter for saying that Wyatts' life is forfeit. So there is the confusion. Your sentence was in English, but the way you worded it, you called me a nutter and the devil for agreeing with you Hence why I asked what are you getting on about.

It was directed at the killer who killed a guy because he was afraid of the devil...

That would do it. Or maybe he died because he no longer had a heart to pump his blood round his body. How much to these pathologists get paid?
Also, congrats to religion for scoring yet another pointless death. Devil my arse ... what a redneck moron.

Having seen the mess some people get into with certain substances in clubs, what they do in the toilets, how they go for the staff, the psychosis that occurs, I would say religion has little to do with it.
In the people I have seen, if it wasnt the devil, it would have been Freddy, Jason, Papa Smurf (insert scary character here)....its not like scary ebil things only pop up in religion ^^.
Shrooms arent usually a major problem, but any psychoactive drug can have wierd side effects in some people.

Daily Mail for those outside the UK is probably about as reputable as Fox News, only they are print instead of TV. They are fairly well known for running sensationalist headlines, usually scaremongering ones rather than scandals and such which is the preserve of the "red top" tabloids such as The Sun.
Please also see here for a rough idea of what many people think of them ;)
