This lottery presents Widow, Caldari Black-Ops.
Black Ops battleships are designed for infiltration and espionage behind enemy lines. With the use of a short-range jump drive and a portal generator, they are capable of making a special type of jump portal usable only by covert ops vessels. This enables them to stealthily plant reconnaissance and espionage forces in enemy territory. For the final word in clandestine maneuvers, look no further.
Developer: Kaalakiota
As befits one of the largest weapons manufacturers in the known world, KaalakiotaÆs ships are very combat focused. Favoring the traditional Caldari combat strategy, they are designed around a substantial number of weapons systems, especially missile launchers. However, they have rather weak armor and structure, relying more on shields for protection.
Caldari Battleship Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to cruise and siege missile launcher rate of fire and 10% bonus to cruise missile and torpedo velocity per level
Black Ops Skill Bonus: 30% bonus to ECM target jammer strength and multiplies the cloaked velocity by 125% per level
Note: can fit covert cynosural field generators and covert jump portal generators. No targeting delay after decloaking
* There are 200 tickets.
* Tickets are 5,000,000 ISK each.
* There is not limit on number of tickets one may acquire.
* If someone buys more than one ticket, the amount must be in the multiples of 5,000,000. The rest will be rounded down and considered a donation.
* The ISK must be sent to "Crashys", with "widow" reason.
* This lottery will run until ALL have been purchased.
* Chim3ra, once no tickets remain, will draw a winner using the know dice software on his account.
* Status: Running

Sounds good to me if you give me your full API so I can check the ticket sales, or use lotto tracking software such as http://www.eve-lotteries.com/ (I am not affiliated with them in any way). I'll post to confirm once I have it. I'll be on for 30 mins after DT.
To possible ticket buyers, I make no guarantee that you will win ANYTHING and/or the OP is not scamming until I post to confirm I have the Widow.

In the event of the lottery failing to sell out and being cancelled, you will have a 48 hour window in which I will post for you to claim back isk sent before the items are contracted back to the holder.

Do you know the lottery definition? As far as i know, you can buy a 5M ticket and won a 550M Widow... now that is profit for you or not?
I'm not doing a auction, this is a Lottery. Winner takes a Widow. You can spend 100M, you can spend 10M, or even 5M and win this ship.
I'm not forcing anyone to buy a ticket...

I'd love to get into a Widow again, but I'm against people getting ridiculous profits (almost 100 percent of prize value), so I will not be purchasing a ticket.

Besides, didn't it occur to you that what you called "profit" will be used on another auction for more stuff so that some1 can win a excellent prize for low ISK?
You are as many making the total ticket isk value.... but... will you buy ALL the tickets??? LOL.

the reason people are criticizing your thread is simply just because you are acting like a smarta.ss who is trying to make 1 billion out of a 550m ship... why not sell 1000 tickets and get 2b in return? with your logic is just the same, people still pay 5m for a 550m ship. Hell make it 4000 tickets and get rich! what a smart idea! why haven't anyone think of that before?!?!
all lotteries have a profit margin and generally people are fine with knowing that they are helping out a guy make a bit more isk (generally 50 to 100m AT MOST!) as long as they don't feel like they are being assumed plain dumb.
