Remove lowsec- you either have security or you don't. This gray area is broken and unfixable. Just make all lowsec o.o npc space. That's one 800lb albatross off ccp s back
Remove insurance you can buy. Redonculous concept from a business point of view. Just base level payout so you can afford an osprey, mining lasers and a bpc
Half hitpoints on all ships. Punish blobs.
Make stealth bombers destroyer class hulls
Stacking penalties on all mods or none at all. Inconsistency isn't good design. Just lame exceptions to learn.
Either remove bounties on players or make collecting them possible. Like tagging a player with a bounties ship to earn it.have to see agent for device to fire. (I.e. make this a profession )
Remove caps from stations. Can dock all except two types just immersion breaking.
Make rats spawn on top of gate camps if they hang around for over five mins. Bring enough to kill everything on the gate if it doesn't evac.despawn them Second all ships off xgrid. Make npcs decloak exceptionally frequently so you have to be there. Paying attention. Perhaps cloaks produce some signature that makes nonbounty rats appear. ;-)

Provide low-sec with something unique (a specific resource, T2 Frig missions a la Pirate Arcs, anything)
+10% Web Range per level for all Blaster Boats
Iron out UI bugs and fix lag

what do we need new stuff for? When we were kids we were happy with a cardboard box, or a pile of sand. I think CCP should be working on making this box nice and shiny before they start adding other boxes and making a fort. Of course, my opinion doesn't really matter anyway...

Please do. Most of these ideas are excellent.
Well, some of these aren't as good as the above ones, but here goes:
7) FIX THE FREAKING UI (this one's for you, Xaen)
8) Interstellar siege weapons - weapons which take a long time to bring online, but can be used to attack structures from the system next door. Meant for Sov/POS warfare.
9) Ewar bubbles with different effects which can be used by interdictors/HICs. Essentially area effect webs, damps, target painting, turret disruption, etc
10) Dynamic environmental effects. Think of it like wormhole environments except it changes over time and might be restricted to individual grids. Allow these environmental effects to appear on any grid of interest - asteroid belts, stations, planets, moons (and thus also POSes), deadspace, exploration sites, etc etc...
11) mobile shield generators which can be fitted to and deployed from industrial ships. Essentially acting as a very small mobile POS. Could be used by mining ops in dangerous areas where mining barges could escape to if things get hairy, could be used in gate camps to give small ships a place to hide from gate guns until their timer runs out.
12) Enrich mission content - currently missions involve: Go to the mission area. Kill everything. Return for reward. How about some variety? Give us some missions where the objective is to protect an NPC, or to join a fleet of NPCs to kill some drone hive, or to tackle a pesky corporate spy for a small gang of NPCs, etc etc... Use your imagination!
13) Enrich mission content part 2 - Give us secondary or alternative objectives with corresponding rewards. Example 1: create a mission which has an easy to complete primary objective, but a very difficult to complete (and lucrative) secondary objective. Example 2: create a mission which has a very difficult primary objective, but has a very easy alternative objective. The alternative objective can be achieved to complete the mission but has a reduced reward (or perhaps a minor penalty which is less than declining the mission).
14) Alter missions such that they require a PvP fit to complete. Not only would this make missions more interesting, but would make mission running in low sec a possibility, as you would have the means to fight back if a pirate jumps you.
15) Dynamic mission content - Make it so that as mission runners run missions, there is a chance to create some sort of special event. For example, say that after X number of drone missions are completed, drones invade the solar system in large numbers and must be repelled by players in a co-operative effort. Or my personal dream: after x number of missions are completed for pirate factions, CONCORD gets disabled in a random solar system for a certain period of time! Imagine the pandemonium if Jita or Motsu suddenly became 0.0 for an hour or two!
That's it for my idea dump so far. I would go through the effort of posting this in features and idea forum, but I think that the chances of them being actually implemented is seriously low  ----------

While right now I'm hoping as many people let their subs laps as possible so that CCP will get a clue, I have to tell you... CCP has the lag fix patch ready to go, they just didn't want to throw it in with tyr just in case it doesn't react well with PI. At least according to an interview with CCP Hammerhead.

With Tyrannis, CCP are laying the foundations for something groundbreaking. No matter whether you will play dust or not, it has the potential to bring masses of players into the eve universe and provide more income for CCP, this can only be a good thing for all of us. (unless of course all effort is focused onto dust and eve is abandoned. This is highly unlikely though)
Yes, the expansion is a little light, yes, I'd like to see some improvements to the things I actually do in eve. However, CCP is playing a long game here and if they manage to pull it off it'll be something extraordinary. I think what they are doing and the risks they are taking are commendable. I just REALLY hope it all works out. (and then they can get back to fixing rockets, fixing AFs and fixing faction warfare ) --------------------------------------
