It was pretty obvious when Hammerheads were launched and they went at range. :)

Anyone who knows the Space P0lice know they gained their combat experience regulating Eve Uni raider frigate blobs in low-sec. Without them Eve would be an uglier place...less man-love, and...by the way don't they know Ravens and Drakes suck in pvp!!

This is actually my main. I just got tired of being an IT Pet...though maybe I should have stayed long enough to steal a bunch of ISK so I wouldn't be in the negative atm...

If snatch victory wasnt so terrible then you're assumption would be correct. When they all launched shield bots, thats when you guys won the match. |

Ok. Admission time.
We had sentries ready to go. In fact, the discussion in vent leading up to countdown was how good this was going to work against the enemy fleet, especially the ravens.
That is where the CEO comes in. I'd been drinking scotch for a couple hours. We started match, I ordered the hammered deployment........ then after that Scimitar went down, I shot down the "deploy sentries?" question with a drunken "who is the damn CEO and FC around here, stfu and keep the hammerheads out to save time"
So bottom line, don't let drunken Loki pilot ceos fc. Seven of the eight guys knew what to do, but they listened to me.

Also a lesson in this. Don't mix drinking and flying. I tried to combine a day off with an op. Broke the number one rule. Eve is serious business. /me sighs. I totally felt capable during the match. Altho thinking back, CCP Claw was looking real good, reaaaaaaaal good.

Drunk and losing Ishtar's and Gila's to Drakes? Doesn't sound like the kind of mercs I'd like to hire.
Good fight though, even with some.... weird choices.
