If you plate and fit full tackle, Omen Navy is better than the zealot - simply cause of the utility high and the drone bay. The zealot's nemesis is close orbiting frigates and has virtually no defense against something that gets under its guns - not impossible if you are good with manual navigation or do a lucky (or not) landing on-top of a zealot.

You can swap NOS to Neut and Hobs to warriors etc...1600mm version requires +3% CPU implant to work - or you can downgrade the EANM II to ANP II and it fits fine with even a DC II, still pushes 46K EHP (about 1200 EHP loss compared to the named DC one, but around 10M + the KMB-50 cheaper. The KMB-50 is a very good all-around usable implant tho, and I would suggest using it for alot of ships - especially Amarr ones which are always CPU short for some reason.
