Get someone who is actually trusted, like Chribba or Darknesss.
the funnier part about this is, grendell whome people "trust" i recently heard has done this aswell so well i was recommended to use fx90 from t'amber. and ive spoken to both these people in the past so i guess if you have a problem with the trusted 3rd party im sorry for that

look whats done is done, if you dont trust f90 im sorry but thats that its over, dont buy a tickey if you have a problem, im just trying to have an honest lotto here, and i have never had a problem or any bad things to say about my trusted 3rd party, actually i was happy with him when i won a lotto, he gave me the prizes, and so no more smack talking in my lotto forum please, take it some where else

good question, i have asked them, ill let you know when i know; im running it through the eve-lotteries site, so it depends how their system is built.
of course the special prize wont matter if you have won another prize, that person will get the special prize of 1 billion isk as well as the other prize they were drawn for

well ill be using chribba's dice i was un aware that eve lotteries was only a database... and so now im trying to figure it out, soon as i got it all, ill let you know.
As for how many numbers will be picked, it states how many prizes, so 4 prizes, as for the special prize i will split it if more then 1 person has the same amount of tickets as the most tickets.
I am sorry for any problems this is my first lotto, so still hammering out the bugs

ok so ive tested it, http://eve-files.com/tools/dice/ (chribba's dice)will be how i choose the winning numbers, i will be using the already setup ticket list, listed above (eve-lotteries).
There will not be unique only numbers generated, as i think it is fair to be able to win multiple prizes. The likeliness of this happening is very slim with random numbers
4 sets of (non unique)numbers will be drawn the first number will win the first prize and so on so forth. i will also link the draw numbers to this forum post, and the relevant ticket holder's name next to the winning ticket numbers.

well obviously if i choose to refund you will get your isk back. But its going till all tickets sold and will keep going till they're sold.
if it takes a month it takes a month, nothing i can do now when people only buy one ticket its 10 billion isk worth of tickets. if it takes 6 months well it takes 6 months but i will judge when the end is and its not going to be 1 month or 2 months maybe 3 or 4 months if they dont sell. Till then buy more tickets and the lotto will end sooner

well as ive stated in earlier posts, i work alot and i hate it but the cash is good
as for the ticket tracker it isnt instant sometimes takes a bit, i do watch the ticket tracker, as this and the ticket tracker and the roll dice are always open soon as i open my browser, this is far from a dead lotto...
i want it to be over, no prizes will change, the above is how it goes, if anything when i chose to ill recall the lotto and give back all isk till then its still active and i havent chosen to close this yet.

well im giving this till i get a reply from the eve lotteries people tracking ticket sales... if they fix the problem or not because seems as tho tickets purchases arnt being tracked via api... so i dont know what else to say, the api used has not changed, and i will be issuing reimbursments to all people who bought tickets soon as i know what the hell is going on.
Im sorry people but this didnt pull in enough attention, ill be making a much larger one next hope that one grabs some eyes...
pplease let me have time to find out whats going on out, i have sent a mail... all i can do at this point

I have repaid all people who had lotto tickets, you can check your wallet and your journal to see, if your repayment did not have a msg, i sent you an eve mail, sorry for any problems...
The reason i shut this down was due to the api tracker failing on me.
I will be putting up a new lotto when i have time this weekend or next weekend. there will be est 20-40b worth of prizes in next lotto... meaning many more tickets and all
i am 100% positive i did not leave anyone out of getting their isk, i have logs of it all, but if you feel i did not give you the right amount please feel free to mail me, i will go over the log, go over my transactions and show you the proof.
David Grogan you have gotten your 30m back. sorry for the unfortunate events that occured after you bought your tickets, it was not my fault and i hope you can understand. and thank you for shinning light on the problem
