There he was, flying his shiny new Crow Interceptor. After having cruised the northern part of Placid for some hours talking to friends DoctorDanny decides it is time for a little action. Travelling from Vlillirier to Oulley, our hero spots a Mercenary Forces pilot by the name of Grim on his scanner. A nice target as everyone knows that MF pilots are evil pirates. Unfortunately the wicked Grim is nowhere to be found.
Upon arriving in Oulley Doc spots another MF pilot in an astroid belt, this pilot shall rename nameless as my recent traumatic experiences seem to have wiped a small portion of my memory.
A brief chase by DoctorDanny ends in the nameless pilot fleeing the system. Several minutes later Grim reappears on the scanner, flying an.....Osprey.
DoctorDanny bursts out laughing as Grim targets him.
'Har Har Har, so you think you can destroy my mighty Interceptor with your upgraded mining barge? Fool!'
<TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED>
As vision returns to him, DoctorDanny finds himself in a pod floating in space. The evil Grim must somehow have succeeded in webbing his Crow... Might have something to do with Doc fitting rockets and having to orbit at dangerously close vicinity of Grim.
'Oh, the horror of losing a 20 million interceptor to an OSPREY.' DoctorDanny decides that this humiliation must be erased immidiately. Still unfocused by the recent calamity he plots his autopilot course incorrectly ending up at the jumpgate to Aubenall. There he's confronted by another MF pilot, MercuryBandit. Quick reactions make the nimble pod flee for the nearest station where DoctorDanny secures a shuttle.
'Back to Osmeden! I need to bring my other Crow, they will suffer this time! Mercenary Forces Nubbers!!!'
<TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED>
A sense of Deja Vu takes posession of DoctorDanny as he sees his backup crow go up in a fiery explosion. 'How?! Why!?!'
Everything went exactly as planned. MercuryBandit in his Caracal presented the perfect target for the rightful vengeance.
'I stayed way outside of webber range and I even had help from that other Crow pilot, what was his name....Ashrakthewhite.' Then memory strikes our fallen hero as the full force of his shame begins to dawn...
'I was cheated, Ashrak wasn't there to help me....I am such a fool.'
Bottom Lines:
1) Thanks to MF for bashing some well needed humility into me.
2) Check employment history before deciding to fight side by side with someone.
3) Never trust anyone.
4) Dont talk big on local and lose two crows in 5 minutes.

Owch very unlucky lol.
And I dont think anybody can really laugh at you for losing a ceptor to an osprey, who in the world would imagine one to fight back? lol

Funny thing is, this act is starting to lead to some interesting internal activity within MF. Too bad I don't want to tell everyone about it, but it isn't your typical gank  .

not to sound like an ******* (that i really am) but grim is going to get podded because hes the one who killed me (my corpmate out of all the people) so now im holding a grudge and he is severly dead :)
P.S you can still pay me the 14 mill grim to avoid yourself getting podded out of the game.
PPS if MF officials are gonna ***** about this .... i want my crow back thats the only thing i care about.
