okey, dokey! My new favorite is this one: 3994/15min cycle - 5hrs Reactive Gas

I got 3200 per cycle on a 5 hour extraction on a Lava planet in nullsec. The interesting point is it only had about 50% magma abundance but my extractors where placed only on the absolute highest concentration deposits.
I know this isnt record breaking but I just wanted to point out another few interesting facts.
1) I am alone in harvesting on this world. 2) although the first day of cycles exceeded 3000 per cycle on the second day I noticed lower values.
This is key because I was lead to believe that planets where designed to support more than one person before degrading output. At least as it stands and resources even in nullsec are very easy to degrade with minimal player presence I can now see the point in Dust.
I sure as hell would be willing to fund a merc team or two, if only to ensure local demand was kept high.

I just finished a P0 to P4 network over 4 planets using Planetology III and Improved CCs in High Sec . Highest extraction rate per cycle is 1386 using a 5h depletion of Aqueous Liquids on a Temperate planet.
A few people have mentioned abundance, but I haven't seen any discussion concerning concentration. Don't consider abundance alone when you decide which planet to extract from. I used to extract my Aqueous Liquids from an Oceanic thinking that the abundance would affect units/cycle. It didn't. The Temperate planet had a much higher concentration, and therefore about 200 units/cycle more. The Temperate planet's abundance is much lower, but no one else is mining near me, so I have yet to see diminishing returns.
I have started to see lower units/cycle on my Gas planet. However, I run 30 min depletions, so I'm pumping material out really fast. It regens by the next day.
Now to move into Low Sec to get these sweet numbers you all have.

1021 over a 96 hour timer.
Suck it.
I don't even remember what the shorter extraction times were, but generally I get around 1000 per 96 hour timer on all my planets, and no I'm not telling where I'm getting these. :-p

1000/cycle on 96 extraction is pretty terrible :P I have no clue why you are bragging, heh.

when reporting, please use 23-hour depletion value, so we can actually compare values. ________________________________ : Forum Bore 'Em : Foamy The Squirrel - [jedi handwave] "There is no spoon." |

About 400 per cycle, but; 1. I'm in High Sec, and 2. I'm harvesting a Plasma planet.
Still, won't be worth the investment for many-a-year. What a crock!

Because that's over 3000 for 5 hour timers. And why the hell would I want to adjust my extractors every 5 hours? :-D One preserves the stuff your extracting, the other ****s it and requires constant attention. Why would I want something like that when I can put up 5 advanced command centers over 5 planets and go hog wild?

well, well checked the reactive gas extractors and 96hrs-wise (for our "i'm too lazy to click" friend) the max extraction is 1544/1hr.
Also I have to admit, that I now too am too lazy to click and have set the extractors to 96 hrs

Welcome Alpha, to the 'no click' club.
1500/hr for no clicking, ftw. (That's on reactive gas)
1200/hr for no clicking (That's the lowest on the Plasma, Lava, Oceanic)
Sure it may not have the highest turnover, but it's definitely relaxing. Five minute check: Are they still running? Are the factories staying supplied? Any product to grab? Ok, guess I'm off to go do some missioning.
Love it.

You should compare what you get in null-sec to what a macroer can do with 30 minutes cycles in hi-sec. Unless CCP makes the longer cycles more efficient the only folks making money will be hi-sec macro miners.

1324 on a 15 minute cycle for base metal in 0.5. Best Ive gotten in Empire.
