Lottery for one plex drawing.
Tickets are 1 mil each
400 tickets will be sold
Send money in-game with the reason "plex"
if more tickets are recieved than 400, buyer has choice of either refund or ticket in next drawing.
Lottery is drawn twice weekly

Generally you use a third party. (Grendell, Somerset Mahm, Darknesss, Chribba)

Hire a third party (one of the Tier II third parties, like T'Amber, Melleia, Lotto49, etc.) as they will be more affordable than the Tier I thrid parties (Chribba, Darknesss, etc.). This is a small lottery, so I'd do that if I was you.
