Angel Cartel BC. Somewhere between a Cynabal and a Mach... maybe make it look like a small mach with more engines and less bulk.
I'm thinking around 2,500ms w/ MWD, maybe 750-800 DPS with angel falloff bonus, same mids as cyn but more lows? __

Thanks guys for your comments, at first it dosent matter what versions coming out, tier 1 or tier 2, well the Deatspace Npc versions allready exsist, so the hull just must make playable, and the other thing tier 2 are playable but no faction version to fly, the just need another name and look.
Mnn anyone of you guys makes me some sad,becaus pls stay realistic, i think its not a good idea with a siege launcher on a drake or something like that crap... Please post vote for in your comments, hopefull ccp hear our voice

Well, I tried to keep it realistic and still give everyone what they really would want in a faction tier 2 BC. I felt compelled to limit the Hurricane's DPS by trading its ROF bonus for another damage bonus and removing some drone bandwidth, for example.
So the rough stats would become: 425mm AC Fleet Cane: ~820 DPS HAM Navy Drake: ~700 DPS Imperial Harby: ~710 DPS Myrm Navy: ~912 DPS
Of course the outliers are the Cane (very low EHP for a faction BC!) and the Myrm (high dps, but its got blasters, destroyable DPS, and an active tank.. so really its still pretty fail).
I promise its all reasonable. I promise.

I'd really like to see the tier 1 BC's get a small boost, what they really need to to give them something to make them worth looking at would be if they were made slightly lighter/faster and with a smaller signature.
It doesn't make sense to me that the tier2 battlecruisers have more DPS and a better tank than Tier 1 and are exactly the same size, speed & signature. making tier 1 just a bit better there would at least give them something... I do like the concept but I can help but thinking it's more about not wanting to train BC V. I would agree with fixing all of the current ships and general problems. If you want more our of a BC train it to V like the rest of us have.

Changed it for you. On the other hand 8 Guns on a fleet cane would make it better than a Sleip as well, so prehaps 7 guns would be better, though then it should have the same gun dps as a sliep, Point being, Having a double bonus on a minie ship dosent follow the way CCP have made them so far Normaly rof + Damage. But that's a bit of a fickle then, As 10% damage or 5% + 5% and 8 turrets is still around the same as the sliep.
But second thing to note, is that other than the malstrom Most minie ships have a utlity slot, which is why 7 guns might be better, also don't forget missle slots.

I figured since I was busy changing a couple bonuses around (Drake dmg -> ROF, Harby Cap -> Resists) I might as well "nerf" the Fleet Hurricane's DPS. Of course, being the artillery ***** that I am, I actually had an ulterior motive... the volley damage on it would have been near 7K (IIRC) with a full rack of 720s.

I'm also a big fan of BC, though i'd rather see CCP spent the sprint time on fixing CS instead tbh.
I'm not sure if the game need more Faction ships to obsolete tech II. No matter how awesome it is with faction stuff for RP reasons, tier two models, moving supply (/demand) out of the hands of pre-favoured tech II producers and into faction stores available for everyone etc.
Fixing CS should be prioritized at least - feel free to bring on the Faction BC past that :).

Sure. We can just go down the line.
First fleet commands:
Damnation, Vulture, and Claymore are more or less fine if you enjoy sitting in a safe spot and providing bonuses. Damnation also happens to be sexy as all get out. None of them are really suited for front line work (unless you want to risk the Damnation's absolutely epic tank for the hell of it).
EOS is useless in most situations. The bonuses it provides are... niche. "Limp" might be a better term under normal circumstances. It was the single ship hit hardest during the great bandwidth nerf of... whatever year that was.
Field commands:
NH is a great PvE ship that simply can't manage to PvP for its life. Which is kinda what it was designed to do in the first place, not solo L5s.
Sleipnir is a totally viable ship. And pretty.
Both the Absolution and the Astarte suffer the same problem: they don't really make any major advances from their (much) cheaper T1 counterparts.
The Absolution is pretty nearly outclassed by the Harbinger.
The Astarte is just as suicidal as the Brutix at several times the cost. If suffers from the same thing the Diemos does in comparison to the Thorax (or, again, the Brutix). They're all Leroy ships but only one (maybe two) make sense to use on a cost basis.
Does that sum it up well enough?

Sure dude,well thats are the standart proplems with cs, indeed this ships need a fix,
I can fly Nighthawk and Absolution and these ships are better for fleet actions as solo i think.
The Nighthawk donig a bit more damage as a drake, and with the missile/explosions bonus per lvl. you can hit speed tanks a bit more harder, but iam not sure if i can kill a dramiel with that for exaple, well the NH has only 5 med slots, that means you must hadle mutch difficult with your slots, if you want a good tank you need 2 invu fields, 1 large shield extender, 1 10mn mwd and a poit, but just a point isent mutch ecm, and you dont have a sensor booster to lock targets faster...
The Absolution looks like a mix of the propthecy and harbringer in one ship
the vulture could be excellent in Sniper Hac gangs with scimitar support, . or a speed shieldtank closerange gang, like cynabals, drakes, vagas, dictors, hictors and something ...
so that its all what i have to say about cs.. but that issent the main part in my theat.
