[1] Well there is a way for the game to cause less lag when entering a new location. Have the client cache and pre-render objects for where you are going to. That way when you get there, your computer has had time to think about it, instead of bombarding it trying to have it do everything once it arrives. This would have to be updated in a future patch... its not that hard if you think about it... All travel is point a to b, since you can't stop warp.
