Ti'anla Minmatar	Posted - 2010.06.14 03:04:00 - [18] I would have long-since cleared off, because EVE-ending would be heralded by the statement it was going to close down and the 'dream' was over, and all the potential, for me, would be sucked right out of the game by killing its persistency and the validity EVE instils in everything we do along with it. I've already left goodness knows how many MMO's early - in one case despite it becoming completely free - because it was announced the game would be ending, causing me to spontaneously find just logging in a depressing experience. But on that negative note - 'doubt that's ever gonna happen anyway.

Even as it stands, downtime is an awful daily trial in which i curl into a miserable heap until the server goes online and i enjoy the almost orgasmic feeling of logging in all my 17 alts.
