Sorry if i don't follow, but you are being kinda... Confusing.
Post 1: Not sure whether you are talking about bounty, insurance or something else
Post 2: Oh, so your talking about missions. The individual ships don't make a difference. Only the rewards.
Post 3: Wait, what? Leaving? You are 6 months old... In a noob corp... Wondering how much money you get from a BC... Don't tell me you are doing level 2's. Please, please atleast try level 4's before you say missioning is boring...

I haven't done a mission for a while, good way to make isk is trade, do some research on the topic, train the right skills, and you'll be making lots with minimal effort, so then you can concentrate on pirating in an alt, and other fun stuff :)

I think that is his problem right there.. If he is 6 months old then he must have really screwed up his training since I am not even near that yet and I am soloing L3's and having fun. Not to mention I started training a 2nd character with the full intention of having it do nothing but solo L4's and the plan that character isnt even a week old and already I have it with the learning skills at 4/4 with +4's and the rest of the plan wont even take 4 months and will be able to use a T2 fitted Raven when the plan is done.. So my suggestion is that you should scrap the character and start a new one and use a program called Evemon to plan your character out.

I highly suspect this is a troll, due solely to the name of the OP. *Fry stare* --

I was not trolling just listing the reasons why i dislike eve but i think i have made to many mistakes with this acc and a fresh start doing all the right things might make me one of those noobs with a bill isk in 1 month will let me have fun with this game agian.

There's no such thing as "better fresh start" unless you MAJORLY screwed up on this one already (used both remaps and left with horrible base attributes and no way to change them for almost a year from now, below -5 base standings with agents you might want to work for, stuff like that) and/or you made some pretty nasty player enemies by acting like a jerk. All skills you collected so far are useful. All ISK and assets you have are useful. Implants in your head, no matter how small, are useful. Standings you gained are useful. Everything you did and learned is useful. It's almost never too late to do something with the character you already have, and it's almost always better to keep going instead of "re-rolling" a new character.
If you can't make 1 bil in one month with your current character, you WON'T make 1 bil on a fresh newbie character either. In fact, if you can't make 2-3 bil in one month on your current character, you won't make anywhere close to 1 bil on a freshly rolled character. Your earning potential is noticeably lower when you do a fresh start.

Ah see, I have to disagree here. You aren't exactly taking into account the new player skill training bonus.
For example, say I spent my first 6 months ignoring the learning skills, ignoring cybernetics, and trying to be a Caldari Gun Boat pilot. Such a player, especially after the training bonus wore off, could be in a far worse position than say a Caldari missile user who made sure to get all basic learning skills and cybernetics to 4, and advance learning skills to 3.
Now I'm not saying that given time the two characters could not catch up to each other, and hey, the gun user may later find out he's in a better position to hop into PvP than the missile user. Still, for a new player properly planning your skills gained during that training bonus can make a huge difference.

I'd consider that if not majorly screwed up, then at least mildly screwed up. I mean, seriously, who ignores getting at least L3 in advanced learnings ?

someone who is new to the game and commits mistakes...
but this can't be the case. I mean, look his nickname, its obvious that he is an alt from a more experienced player

The focus of his posting was mainly on the ISK side, not the skill side nor anything similar.
