Cyno alts really aren't the problem.
The whole "jump" mechanic needs to be looked at in general.
It is far too easy to move fleets (cap or otherwise) significant distances in EVE... and the ability to jump a fleet without also needing to take the Titan or BO battleship through with it needs to be looked at.
To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

Everyone is joking about this...and most likely rightfully so considering the nerd-rageness of the OP.
BUT...
Is it really good game design? No one likes to use their mains (for obvious reasons) lighting cynos unless you are in a recon and cynoing in carriers that can rep you. Why can't we work on those obvious reasons? No one considers a well placed or timed cyno a mini profession...and that is a shame considering how important it can be.

Those are valid targets but if you want to remove Cyno alts then:
- CCP should start by removing boosting alts, jamming alts, remote rep alts, multiboxing, those have a much higher negative impact than a cheap throwaway cyno alt.
