Vuk Lau claimed that someone else found some of the supercaps and boarded them so that MM petitioned this behaviour and got them back this way. Of course this would be one hell of a quick response for such a complex petition, not only getting a GM to work on the petition but also fully inquiring it within one or two hours. Or maybe the CSM members get some premium GM service?
