No.
I never saw this as griefing. It takes something special to be a Kel Vaher. I see him as some kind of cross between John Rambo and Travis Bickle. A metaphor for Mans' aloneness in an unforgiving universe.
It takes titanic ********* of steel to lead such a life and I want to know more about such a man.

Kel Vaher showed up in Decon again last night and docked up. I tried to convo him to say hello but he refused the conversation.
Im asking for the help of the C&P community. If you see Kel Vaher, let him know I want to talk to him!

this seems like obvioustroll.
But i shall bite:
From my experience as noob, i learned this. People who convo/fleet your who have killed you several times usually have a plan for killing your again. Heres my report on noobs:
The noob is a fickle creature, sometimes extremely open and curious but mostly withdrawn. Only proper outside experience can crack the tough noob shell, and killing a noob repeatedly will only cause it to withdraw deeper. I suggest you bait it out, seize it and calm it down. Do not kill it during your most heartfelt attempt at communication as this may cause irreversibile trauma to the noob's tiny brain. Once it is calmed, slowly show it the outside world and he will respond accordingly. that is all you must do to gain this odd creature's trust.
