CCP seems to have stumbled on a very original and powerful marketing tool. Low/null sec cams that would run indefinitely with a link to them on EVE's main site, would be a very successful tool for CCP; in my opinion.

No because this would make intel easier and possible to avoid systems due to the camera leaking intel.
Did you even "think" about the consequences of this?

Then put the cam at a planet and don't show local. Problem solved.

I think CCP could work it out. It would be very unique and original. If it worked out well, it could mean a lot of new customers.

A HED cam would certainly cut down on the 'HED STATUS!?!?!?!?!?!?!' in various alliance intel channels.
