Texas choppy here quite a bit, but it seems to go through phases. Seems worst when ever you change from studio to the tournament and vice a versa.

20miles from london england, 10Mb ADSL line was fine till break now slideshow eve TV even on low def The only way to get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent. |

Can you guys try one more thing for me - go to a command prompt (Start -> Run, type "cmd" and press enter). netstat -an | find "1935"
You will get a line similar to this: TCP 10.1.1.1:54002 209.84.0.125:1935 ESTABLISHED
What we need is the second IP in that list (eg. 209.84.0.125). It will help us narrow this down ;)

Your border routing has changed - I'm coming in via Level2/Abovenet which isn't normal. Normally via eurorings.
