Unwatchable on all bandwidth settings.

Currently extremely low FPS slideshow (updated image and or a short bit of actual video once every 10-20 seconds maybe) with very infrequent up to 1-2 second long fragments of sound.
Most importantly, the issue is that this is already my signature.

198.78.217.126, still useless. 10-15 second interval Slideshow at best at any bandwidth setting.

It does look that way, it seems many of the people still having issues are from Germany... I'll see what I can find out.

When I randomly F5'ed my stream tab, I managed to get a different edge server, now all is smooth. 
Had 198.78.217.126 at first which was broken.
F5'ed and got 192.78.208.126 which worked fine.
Another F5 a while later and I'm now on 207.123.62.125 which is also working fine.
ISP is Kabel Deutschland in case that is of interest and location is in east Lower Bavaria.
Still :sadface: about missing the VOLTRON vs CO2 match, although going by the live commentary on alliance teamspeak IT WAS GLORIOUS.
Most importantly, the issue is that this is already my signature.
