UPDATE: Sound is working, but static picture. 
UPDATE2: Tried Low-Def again, picture and sound WORKING!
Bandwith bottleneck somewhere?

We are looking into it, looks to be one of the edge servers is playing up...
So that we can troubleshoot it faster - can you post your geographic location, and do the following:
Go to a command prompt (Start -> Run, type "cmd" and press enter).
netstat -an | find "1935"
You will get a line similar to this:
TCP 10.1.1.1:54002 209.84.0.125:1935 ESTABLISHED
What we need is the second IP in that list (eg. 209.84.0.125). It will help us narrow this down ;)

I'm in the UK. That command returned nothing.

Tried again a few mins later.
