 Take A Chance Lottery #3

This time I will be following up with the same kind of "pick your package" lottery as the last one. Except this time there are more BONUS prizes, more places, and more 1st place packages!
 Prizes
1st (pick your package)
Package 1 (Missioners)- Any Maurader and any command ship of your choice
Package 2 (Miners) - Orca, 2 hulks, and a Transport ship of your choosing
Package 3 (Industrialists) - Freighter and Transport ships of your choosing
Package 4 (PVPer's) - 1 Heavy interdictor, 3 Heavy Assault ships, 1 Recon ship, and a logistic ship all of your choosing
2nd -
Black Ops Ship of your choice
3rd -
T1 Battleship of your choice
4th -
Battlecruiser of your choosing
BONUS 1: The owner of the most tickets gets an Imperial Navy Large EMP Smartbomb
BONUS 2: The person closest to the winning number (1st place) gets a assortment of faction loot worth around 70mil (to be eligible for this prize, you have to own tickets to this lottery and post an unedited post with the number you choose)
NOTE: The first place winner can only win 1st place and the BONUS prizes, If there number is rolled for any others that number will be rerolled. Note, however, that anyone winning 2nd, 3rd or 4th, can win both along with the BONUS prizes.

10,000,000(10mil) isk a ticket
(200 tickets total)
*Send ISK in increments of 10mil with reason chance3 ONLY (nothing else to George Mante or else tickets won't register)
-To view your tickets, simply go to Ticket Tracker
-The Lottery will be secured by SOMER and is 100% secured
-Winners will be chosen using Chribba's Dice Tool
-Please remember to post on the thread to confirm you've purchased a ticket.
-Once all the tickets have been sold the winning rolls will be unlocked and whoever wins needs to post on here or evemail me to choose what ship they want. Once this is done the winners will be contracted the ships they request
Depending on how well this sells another lottery will follow (hopefully atleast 1 a week)
