Hi Guys,
I live in a WH, I love it, but as of a few days ago we've been having problems with our POS sheild.
I am unsure if there was an update or the tower owner changed something as he isnt on alot anymore.
What is happening in is we cant enter the pos sheild even tho i am in the parent corp, we had one of the guys was able to AB in to the pos some how but to test it , he got out of his ship and logged back on, and it threw his ship out of the pos, even tho he and the ship were both in our corperation. what gives? |

I think this might have to do with whether the POS was anchored for corp or anchored for the individual. Either way, you should make sure that he checked off "allow corp access" and "allow alliance access" in the forcefield settings, but it might be that if he anchored it for himself rather than the corp it'll keep resetting forcefield permissions at downtime. Unfortunately, the only fix for that is to unanchor the whole shebang and then re-anchor it for corp. |

Sounds like whatcha got here is a case of "Not havin' the pos shield password". Luckly, yew can solve that problem by getting the password from the guy what anchored it, or if someone else with roles in your Corp set a password. |

Good to know. They were talking about a single guy setting it up, so I wasn't sure if it was like bubbles etc. Password issues then. |

He might have unclicked "allow corp member usage" and changed the password on you.
If you have ships inside, it could be because he's trying to steal your things. Or he could just be incompetent.

I agree he must be stealing your stuffs, only way to stop this is to start shooting the pos. |

If you have the according roles, you can manage the password and towersettings without having the password.
You even can do it in a cloaked ship sitting outside the POS. |
